This includes but is not limited to pornographic, racist, sexist, abusive or violent content. We reserve the right to remove any listings found to be not following these rules.

It is completely free to create an account on the site.
To register an account on our site, you will be required to supply the following information such as, but not limited to your full name, username, address, business name, email address and telephone number.

Website usage for suppliers
You must be 18 years or older to register a supplier.
You must be a supplier of a product or service that trades or operates within the events, party or entertainment services industry. All listings are at the discretion of the site owner and will need to be accepted by the site owner before they are published onto the site.
Any information you supply within a listing must be accurate and legitimate. It must also be kept up to date with relevant information, images, pricing, and availability. You must have the rights to upload any information or media to the website.
You agree to customers contacting you directly via any means that you supply within your listing profile which can include email, telephone, sms, social media, and via your account dashboard on the website.
You agree to respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner (within 48 hours).
You agree that customers may leave reviews about your services on your listings.
You must not post any malicious content that is, but not limited to being classified as illegal, fraudulent, harmful or disrespectful to the community.
You must not make any attempt in any form to damage the website’s functionality or cause a purposeful denial of service by implementing any form of malicious code anywhere on the website.
You may delete a listing or your account at any time via your personal dashboard which is available once logged into the website.
Website usage for customers
You may use this website to browse and search for a service or supplier as a guest without the requirement for an account.
If you are interested in acquiring the services of any of the suppliers listed on the website, you may contact them using the contact form embedded into a supplier listing, or via any of the contact details the supplier publishes on their listing.
The site owner reserves the right to have access to any messages sent between a customer and a supplier that reside on the Paarty platform via the contact form. This is in place to help protect our customers and suppliers.
If you wish to leave a review of a particular supplier, we ask you do this in a professional and honest manner. Any reviews containing any offensive material will be removed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the legitimacy of any supplier that they wish to contact. Any further communications, bookings and contractual business agreements made are completely between the customer and the supplier.
Disputes
Paarty is purely and solely a platform to connect suppliers and customers. Paarty does not and will not become a third party between the customer and a supplier at any time and will not be responsible for any verbal or written business relationships, contracts, booking agreements or cancellations made between a supplier and a customer. Any disputes that arise between the customer and the supplier must be dealt with in private, between the customer and the supplier and in no way will bind Paarty. Paarty will never become a third party during a dispute and will never have any involvement in the resolution of a dispute.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if it is deemed to be using our site illegally or if you violate these terms and conditions.
Sale of services
These terms and conditions govern the sale of services on our site.
We are under legal obligation and duty to supply the services that match the description of the service that you order on our site.

The service will be paid for when a paid listing is created and published on our site.
These terms and conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our site at the time that you access it. All information, descriptions, or images we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase the services from our site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and you have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor you payment instrument to verify receipt of refund.
User goods and services
Our site allows users to promote their own business services by the means of creating and publishing an advertisement listing to be displayed on the site. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services that our users promote to sell on our site. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of the goods and/or services that our users promote on our site. However, if we are made aware that a user is violating the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from promoting their goods or services on our site.
Payments
We offer the following payment methods on our site.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe the payment has violated any law or these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual period depending on your choice. Your subscription automatically renews, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you wish to cancel the particular subscription.
All listings are created on the site are billed for individually. If you create and publish multiple listings, they will be treated and billed for separately, on an individual basis.
If a user would prefer not to use automatic recurring billing, they must choose this option at the checkout before submitting payment card information. To do this, the user must click the ‘Recurring payments’ slider, to disable the option. The slider by default is set to accept recurring payments.
If the recurring payments slider is set to no, the user must renew their listing at the end of the selected monthly or annual subscription period and will be required to re-enter payment information. If a user does not renew a paid listing, it will automatically revert to a ‘free’ plan with less functionality.
The user can cancel any subscription by accessing their user dashboard or by contacting the site owner.
Free plans
We offer a free plan to all our users. The free plan allows users to create a free listing but it will have limited functionality compared to any paid plan as outlined on the site.
Free plans can be upgraded to a premium paid account at any time via the user dashboard.
Free plans do not have an expiry date, however they can be cancelled / deleted from the site at anytime via the user dashboard or by contacting the site admin team.
We reserve the right to remove any free listings at any time.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control.
We assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Paarty shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion
